Every decorative overlay will eventually fade and peel over time due to the harsh environment, ultimately requiring a re-color and/or re-seal. While many contractors use a variety of different products, we at Garcia Coatings only use industrial strength products that last much longer than average products. Our high-grade polyurethane sealer stays shiny and beautiful for up to 3-4 years whereas the conventional acrylic sealer may last only 2 years. We also engineered our own proprietary epoxy acrylic hybrid stain with a much greater UV protectant keeping that rich, vibrant color from fading much longer than the traditional acid stains.
